This can be done by regulating its use only when the classroom is in use. There are two sufficient conditions to arrange it, namely when there is a teaching schedule and there are students in the class. By utilizing IoT technology, a cooling control system to regulate electricity usage such as air conditioning can be done. The IoT device used is a laser sensor or PIR to detect the presence of people, temperature, and humidity sensors, infrared sensors to turn the cooling system on or off. All sensors are connected to the Arduino microcontroller which forwards the collected data to the Firebase database via the internet. Android smartphones are used to embed smart class applications that control the cooling system control configuration, monitor, and view the history of cooling system usage via data stored in Firebase. When creating a class schedule consisting of class names and class usage time, there is a threshold for the minimum number of students in the class to regulate 2 cooling system devices. The detection test for the presence of students entering and leaving the classroom was carried out using a laser sensor and a PIR sensor with a success rate of 50% and 100% respectively, for 10 consecutive attempts, although the laser sensor is more accurate, it requires accurate sensor placement as well forget better results. The cooling control system was tried out for 5 days, Monday - Friday, based on a simulated classroom usage schedule, two cooling systems that were active for 7.5 hours from 60 hours per week, or the equivalent of 13% of the total active and inactive class time. The electricity cost incurred for only 2 coolers is IDR 54,960 / month compared to the total expenditure of IDR 439,680 / month, or equivalent to IDR 43,968,000 for 100 rooms / month. To assist in determining who is eligible to receive a scholarship, this study will use the DSS (Decision Support System) with the Multi Criteria Decision Making model. The method used is the Profile Matching method. The Profile Matching method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the intended alternative is the one who is entitled to receive a scholarship based on specified criteria. In setting standards, the government also plays an important role in providing direction and assistance to small and medium industries on achieving the specified quality standards. During this time the process is still carried out in a conventional process is still considered ineffective by seeing the low level of business actors’ knowledge of the standards for Good Food Production Practice (GFPP). So, with this lack of knowledge, business actors’ interest in making food licensing is low. This study designed the application of an expert system that simulates and provides an illustration for a standards assessment of Good Food Production methods. This research was conducted using Object Oriented Programming (OOP) engineering method for program development and using forward chaining for reasoning methods. Employee recruitment applications using the TOPSIS algorithm need to be made to recommend employees who really meet the quality and match the desired criteria such as physical appearance, comprehension, communication, work motivation, education and work experience. It is expected that this reward can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees at work. But when assessing employees there are obstacles, including subjective judgments and calculation errors often occur in determining who the employee gets the title of the best employee. The application for selecting the best employees has been made using the profile matching algorithm. In this study using two aspects, namely aspects of performance consisting of speed of work, quality of work, work responsibilities and problem solving and personality aspects consisting of absenteeism, work knowledge, attitude, team work and loyalty. The community’s habit of posting tweets to assess a government policy discourse can be assessed as one of the media in representing the community’s response to the policy discourse. The policy discourse related to the prohibition of veils and Islamic trousers for the State Civil Apparatus is reaping contradictions from the public, especially twitters users. Public opinion can be analyzes using sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis is a field of study that analyzes a person’s opinions, sentiments, evaluations, attitudes and emotions expressed in text form. Public opinion in the form of tweets will be collected by web crawling using the twitter application program interface (API). The data is processed using natural language processing (NLP) and python programming language. This study aims to produce information on public sentiment related to the prohibition of wearing veils and Islamic trousers for the State Civil Apparatus. This study uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm to classify 219 positive tweets and 333 negative tweets. Since 2018 PTPN VI has used one of the SAP software for the integration of its corporate information systems. This study aims to explore how the conditions of ERP implementation in PTPN VI, especially the tea industry which includes business processes, implementation stages, implementation constraints and how big the size of ERP implementation success in PTPN VI. The study was conducted at PTPN VI Headquarters and in both tea production units using interview techniques and questionnaire media to measure the success of implementation by developing the DeLone and McLean model that was processed with the Structural Equation Modeling approach. The process of managing product inventory is managed manually so that there is a buildup of less desirable products. A frequent case is the lack of processed fruit products due to a lack of calculation from the purchase of raw materials. Based on these problems, a system for determining the pattern of relationships between processed fruit products was built as new knowledge to help the factory in the supply of processed fruit products. The method used in the system to be built is using the Association Rule Mining method with a priori algorithm. Customer loyalty is very useful to determine the level of customer loyalty to the company. Customer segmentation is also needed to group customers who have the same characteristics into one so as to simplify the management process. The analysis used is the RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) model to analyze customer buying behavior in terms of Recency (last transaction time span), Frequency (number of transactions), and Monetary (rupiah issued). The grouping method used is K-Means. The data used in this study are historical data on fish feed purchases from 2015 to 2017. The application of RFM analysis and the K-Means method resulted in 4 clusters based on Elbow calculations. The results in this study obtained the number of objects in cluster 1 as many as 142 customers, cluster 2 as many as 28 customers, cluster 3 as many as 41 customers and cluster 4 as many as 41 customers. The accuracy level of the cluster is measured using Silhoutte Coeffisien with results close to 1 which means the clustering is quite good. The interpretation of the RFM shows that 16.27% of customers have a high potential for loyalty, while 11.11% of customers have the potential as loyal customers, and the remaining 56.35% have a low level of loyalty. Services at the hotel that are carried out every day require employees to be careful in making improvements to services. The problem that occurs is sometimes hotel employees have not mastered the ability in their fields. Hotel employees should receive training before mastering their respective abilities, the reason is that time is always not available to carry out training, because hotels are always full and crowded every day and have trouble finding time for training, so employees, especially new employees are difficult to serve complaints against hotel guests. Each competition will reward each of the best players throughout the competition. The many factors and players involved make it difficult for the organizers to determine the best player. Decision support system is a computer-based system that can manipulate data into information that can provide alternative decisions or problem solving, so that data can be processed into information. Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is a multi-criteria decision making method or has many criteria. This research resulted in a decision support system that can be used to choose the best soccer players by using a combination of individual ability criteria, contribution to the team, aspects of fair play and the number of minutes played. The purpose of segmentation is a more targeted sales process so that company resources can be used effectively and efficiently. Segmentation of drug sales can be said to be important because it can be used as supporting data to determine the availability of drugs that must be managed properly to ensure the needed drugs are always available. To determine sales segmentation, clustering is conducted. Clustering is a method in data mining, and is used to map data into smaller groups according to the similarity of each characteristic possessed. In doing the cluster process, the K-Means method is used. This method will classify the level of similarity by determining the number of groups formed and grouping is measured by the proximity of the object so that each group contains data that is similar to the mean value at the center of mass. The purpose of this study is to produce a system that can group drug sales data into four groups according to the time of sale of the drug. The four groups are taken from the calculation using the elbow method. Research on data mining to determine sales segmentation at the Anugrah Farma Padalarang pharmacy using a system built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. There is a problem in the Ditech Injection Workshop, there are 3 to 10 consumers in 1 day who only want to be served by one mechanic, but the information on activities being carried out by the mechanic and the work time is not scheduled so the admin does not know the work being done and the estimated waiting time what is needed by consumers. Based on these problems the development of information systems is carried out by applying the HRN (Hight Ratio Next) algorithm which can help in arranging the queue service schedule. Decision Support System is basically to facilitate the school in selecting candidates who will receive scholarships, to get more accurate results, and apply the Simple Additive Weighting method. At SD Negeri Singajaya 03 the process of determining students who receive scholarships uses several criteria, namely Parental Income, Semester, Parental Dependency, Number of Brothers, and Value. In building this system the author uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method, and for system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). For making the application the author uses PHP programming language and MYSQL database testing using the Black Box Testing method. The results of this study are an application of decision support to determine prospective scholarship recipients using the method Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). In conclusion, this Decision Support System is more convincing than the old method. Libraries are required to be able to improve their services especially in book Search or documents. The book search process in a library that requires visitors to visit each of the booksets will take a long time. TSP is a difficult problem when viewed from the point of computation. Several methods have been used to solve the problem and are a solution in determining the shortest trip through another city only once and returning to the city of origin of departure. Search techniques are carried out at the same time on a number of solutions known as populations. Individuals in a population are called chromosomes. This genetic algorithm consists of several main procedures, namely the selection procedure, crossover, mutation and elitism.
