Along with the development of the company, activity and the number of <br>transactions also continues to increase, recording using Microsoft Excel is felt lacking because of frequent delays and other<br>errors or human errors. Another problem is regarding the inaccurate warehouse design, which makes it difficult to find <br>goods. The purpose of this research is to overcome the problems that arise and expedite the process of recording data on <br>goods entering or leaving the warehouse, searching for goods, making final reports, archiving, and data backup. In this <br>study, the authors will use the prototype method which has three stages, namely Listen to Customer, Build and Revise Mockup, and Customer Test Drives mock-up. The results of this study are able to overcome the problems that occur in recording <br>with Microsoft Excel and warehouse design. The ordering system at Thytashop is not yet computerized, so it still uses a manual system. The promotion system also only uses social media, namely Facebook and confirms orders via WhatsApp. Bookkeeping and transactions are still physical which can result in data being vulnerable to problems such as being damaged or scattered. The features built by researchers are promotional and best seller features in order to increase consumer attraction when visiting Thytashop stores. The system design used in this research is Unified Modeling Language (UML), which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The database management uses mysql php myadmin and then this system will be built using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language. The yayyshop shop is located at Bumi Pratama Residance Jl. Tamangapa Raya No.3 Bangkala Village, Antang, Manggala District. Problems arise from online marketing because many customers complain about the services provided, such as slow responses, products not being available, slow complaint handling and less than optimal admin performance. The had a negative impact on the store, including reduced customer loyalty and increased cancellation of product orders. Yayyshop shops also don’t have a system to manage and store transaction data, customer data and sales reports, so the process is still manual and takes quite a long time. The purpose of this research is to build a system that can run its business processes and improve the quality of service to customers by implementing a business strategy, namely CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Customer Relationship Management is a comprehensive strategy for stores so that the life cycle of each customer can be used optimally. One of the main problems faced in developing e-commerce web applications is the vulnerability of sales data and product images to security threats, such as hacking and data theft. The aim of this research is to create an application that implements the RC6 encryption algorithm to protect web-based Alisan product sales files and product images. This research aims to fill this gap by focusing on the effectiveness of the Rivest Code 6 (RC6) algorithm in protecting critical transactional and visual data in an e-commerce context. In addition, this research examines the impact of RC6 implementation on system performance and compares it with other encryption methods commonly used in web applications. Therefore, this research is expected to provide valuable insights for stakeholders in developing better data security solutions for web-based businesses. Applications are evaluated and planned with user acceptance testing (UAT). The results of application testing showed that the average size of the encryption process was 146,878.6 bytes and the processing time was 3.576291 MS and the average size of the decryption process was 146,854.6 bytes and the processing time was 2.8220591 MS. These rules are claimed to have successfully encouraged an increase in the number of women's representation at the national level, although women's political participation in legislative bodies at the provincial and district levels generally remains low. Therefore, it is important to continue supporting the women's representation movement. We must ensure that women's rights are recognized and respected, that access to education, health, and economic opportunities increases, and that women have an equal role in decision-making at all levels. This study aims to determine the application of the E Government, especially through the Bipang application, in improving employee performance in Pattunuang Village, Makassar City. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive with a case study approach, namely collecting data through interviews, surveys, observations and document analysis related to the implementation of Bipang. The results of this research reveal several important findings. First, the implementation of Bipang has resulted in increased efficiency in the administrative process in Pattunuang Subdistrict, seen from the quality of employee performance, which is very influential because of better employee work patterns, in terms of quantity of employee performance in implementing e-government to This Bipang application can be seen from the process of completing work always on time according to the workload given by the leadership so that good cooperation is built in improving employee performance. Judging from the punctuality, it was found that Pattunuang sub-district employees always use the Bipang application in filling out absenteeism based on the location where they work. However, there are several obstacles that were also identified in this research, namely the need to update the system and the availability of infrastructure such as network access must be adequate in this Bipang application system. The purpose of this study is to determine preventive legal strategies to improve child protection in the digital age and the role of parents in Law No. 35 of 2014 on Child Protection in the digital age. The type of research used is qualitative research. The author uses a normative-juridical and sociological approach. In this study, the key informants are parents of children in Paccinongang Village, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. Data collection will be carried out using four methods, namely interviews, observations, and library research. The results of this study found that there are several preventive legal strategies that can be used, including the formulation and updating of regulations and digital literacy education in schools, as well as the role of parents according to Law No. 35 of 2014 on Child Protection, which is very important in maintaining and protecting the rights of children in Indonesia. The risk of death is caused by the presence of drug resistant bacteria. Treatment lasts quite a long time at least 6 months, after the doctor evaluate whether to continue or stop, because the long treatment often causes patients to abandon treatment or take treatment irregularly, it's very deadly makes the germs become immune so that they cannot be treated. This resulted in the DP3AP2KB of Pasangkayu Regency working hard in granting marriage permits, even though the selection process carried out by the DP3AP2KB of Pasangkayu Regency was still manual and not properly computerized. To overcome this, it is necessary to build a system to streamline the selection process for prospective brides and grooms who are well computerized. This system will utilize the Decision Support System (SPK) process using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which focuses on six criteria, namely age, employment, education, parental permission letter, SKBS, and tetanus injection. The output produced is in the form of a ranking table which will make it easier to determine the suitability of prospective brides and grooms. By utilizing Android mobile technology and basic maps using Google Maps. The SIGAB Application can be easily and quickly accessed by field officers. This allows them to respond to incidents more quickly and efficiently. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) was chosen as the appropriate methodology for the development of the SIGAB Application. The EAP process involves seven blocks, each constructed through four stages: the Planning Initialization stage, the current condition assessment stage (business and system modeling, and current technology), the Future Enterprise Plan review stage (data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture), and finally, the Implementation Plan stage, resulting in a Blueprint that can be used as a reference. The design of the SIGAB Application resulted in 9 database designs and 8 user interfaces for public access, 6 user interfaces for field personnel access, and 6 user interfaces for operator access at the Banjarmasin City Police. As of August 2023, the SIGAB Application has been used by 598 users with public access rights in Banjarmasin City and 774 users with access rights for members of the Banjarmasin City Police. Based on the conditions at the research site, so far farmers are still not precise in using and determining the types of botanical pesticides for pests on cocoa plants. Therefore, a decision support system was designed using the SAW method, in order to make it easier for farmers to make decisions about vegetable pesticides to be used. The results of this study are designing a decision support system to determine the type of botanical pesticide to eradicate pests on cocoa plants based on a website. After going through the SAW algorithm calculations, the results obtained are the best alternative after ranking, the highest value for each alternative is the best vegetable pesticide according to the pest. This vocational school is one of the vocational schools in the Bontotiro area that received funds from the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP). The PIP target at SMKN 9 Bulukumba is still not well targeted, due to the lack of criteria for the number of dependents. Therefore, the author added the criteria for the number of dependents in the research. This research was created based on previously existing data, namely 143 training data. Using the Naive Bayes method and with 6 attributes, namely Type of Residence, Number of Dependents, Parent's Occupation, Parent's Income, and KPS Recipient. using RapidMiner's supporting tools in testing the accuracy of the Naive Bayes method. The results of accuracy testing obtained using the RapidMiner application and manual calculations obtained an accuracy of 74.00% and the resulting classification was included in the Good Classification group because the AUC value obtained from testing based on the ROC curve using the Naive Bayes method was 0.860. Based on the problems above, this research implements a classification that can help the university predict the length of study of students who are currently studying in various study programs at the University. Nutritional needs are an important factor in the growth and development of children, especially children aged under five years (toddlers), because what happens in the first five years determines their growth and development year after year. To achieve good growth and development, strong nutrition is needed. Assessment of the nutritional status of toddlers can be determined through human body measurements known as anthropometry. The reference standards for toddler nutritional status are Body Weight according to Age (WW/U) which describes the child's relative weight for age, Body Weight according to Height (WW/TB) which describes whether the child's weight is in accordance with his height growth and Height according to Age (TB/U) describes a child's height growth based on age. The method used to determine the nutritional status of toddlers is the KNN method, which is to find the closest distance between the evaluated data and a number of K neighbors closest to the test data. Toddler nutrition data uses 4 classifications, namely insufficient, normal, poor and more. The amount of data used in this research was 170 data with a data composition of 90% consisting of 150 training data and 10% testing data totaling 20 data. Therefore, this research aims to create smart curtains that can open and close automatically and be controlled remotely via smartphones. Therefore, this research aims to design a monitoring system using IoT technology based on the parameters of temperature, soil humidity and air humidity. There are 3 components that will be built, namely IoT technology to collect data in real time, a web-based database application to process and store data, and a mobile application for monitoring. The purpose of this study is to model the information system of landslide-prone areas from drone photos in 3 dimensions. . The method used is photogrammetry by taking ortho photos using a mavic 2 pro type drone and secondary data of the soil layer from sondir at the location of Sapaya road, Bungaya District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The results are known that from 3-dimensional modeling it can be seen that the soil contour and the degree of slope for each area at the location are between 320 – 520 with a safe factor value below 1. In the afternoon the sensor is not exposed to light, then the curtains automatically close without having to come and do it with human hands. The main objective is to overcome delivery schedule problems that often occur and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of utilizing the rented fleet. This research uses the ELECTRE method to rank tank truck fleet rental priorities by collecting data through observation, interviews and literature study. The research design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) functional modeling, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. In the application, the RESTful API architecture is used in the Laravel framework to enable easy and effective API creation and management. On the mobile side, a Model View Controller (MVC) is used in the Flutter framework and the database is implemented with MySQL. Based on the results of application testing, 8 respondents as a sample, 50% of users agreed that the application provides rental order recommendations based on the weight of the assessment criteria and helps in making prioritization decisions. The director of BAAK UHM, who was responsible for preparing the conference program, felt overwhelmed. Because the planning done so takes a lot of time. Therefore, the established course program must be regularly revised. One method considered to provide a solution to scheduling problems is swarm optimization (PSO). PSO if translated means Particle Swarm Optimization. This algorithm can solve the problem by randomly forming particles in the initial population, evaluating appropriate values, and updating particle velocities and positions. This is intended to address the issue of proper function of each particle. The data includes 225 course data plus 1 speaker's request schedule data. This study was successful in achieving a course schedule consistent with the course conditions and policies at UHM. K-Means uses the RapidMiner application to see the number of places of worship for each religion in each sub-district. The aim of this research is to help the Ministry of Religion of Bitung City in creating a dashboard to display data information and data reports about the number of people in each religion, predicting the number of people in the next two years, grouping places of worship for each religion, and the number of places of worship for each religion in the city of Bitung. The study aims to fill the knowledge gap regarding the analysis of product reviews in online stores in Indonesia, specifically Bukalapak. The data used in this research were collected from various product categories, such as clothing, electronics, cosmetics, and others. The method employed in this study was the TF-IDF method to train the Naive Bayes model. The results of the research show that the Naive Bayes model trained using the TF-IDF method achieved an accuracy of 88%. This indicates that the model has good capability in predicting the sentiment of product reviews. The analysis of positive reviews reveals customer satisfaction with product quality, fast delivery, reasonable pricing, and receiving items as expected. On the other hand, the analysis of negative reviews uncovers the mismatch between customer expectations and the actual conditions regarding color, delivery, and product orders. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of sentiment analysis in product reviews on E-Commerce Bukalapak. At the current M23 Pharmacy, sometimes there is a shortage or overstock of medicines. To overcome these problems a data mining method is applied by analyzing drug use to produce information that can be used as drug inventory control and planning. The method used in this study is the K-Means method. The K-Means clustering method aims to group data that has the same characteristics into the same cluster and data that has different characteristics are grouped into other clusters. As for determining the best number of clusters using the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) method. The main problem faced by savings and loan cooperatives is the difficulty in identifying and mitigating credit risks that can cause bad credit. Bad credit not only harms cooperatives, but can also disrupt the financial stability of cooperative members. The lack of effective tools to measure and predict credit risk makes cooperatives potentially face unnecessary losses. The aim of this research is to apply the C4.5, SVM, and KNN algorithms in determining the average non-performing loans of savings and loan cooperatives, comparing the results and performance of the three such algorithms in the context of credit risk management, and improve understanding of the use of machine learning techniques in identifying credit risk patterns that may be difficult to detect manually. The application of the C4.5 Algorithm, SVM (Support Vector Machine), and KNN (K-Nearest Neighbors) models in determining the average bad credit in the context of savings and credit cooperatives is carried out by considering the appropriate configuration. This research first collects and preprocesses data which includes credit history, income, length of membership, and other related factors from savings and loan cooperatives. Next, factor analysis and feature selection are carried out to identify the factors that most influence credit risk. The results of the three models are evaluated using various evaluation metrics, such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC-ROC. Additionally, it examines the impact of varying cluster quantities, identified through the elbow method, on the evaluation of the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI). A dataset comprising 174 records undergoes mining using the CRISP-DM (Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) approach. In the data preparation phase, the min-max algorithm is applied to ensure that attribute values within the dataset are not diminished relative to each other. Concerning the selection of an optimal K value, the elbow method is employed. In this investigation, two K values exhibit significant mean reduction: the fourth and third cluster quantities. The DBI results for 3 clusters show a smaller value of 0.9250 compared to the DBI result for 4 clusters, which is 1.1584. The fundamental principle of evaluating the Davies-Bouldin Index is that a smaller DBI value (approaching zero but not reaching the minimum) indicates a better cluster. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the evaluation techniques involving the elbow method and Davies-Bouldin Index in clustering analysis and offer insights into the relationship between determining cluster quantities and clustering performance.</p> Imam T. The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) reports that in 2021, approximately 540 million people worldwide were affected by diabetes, and this number is expected to increase further if the general public's lack of awareness about symptoms that can trigger the diabetes disease continues. This research aims to implement the C4.5 algorithm in predicting diabetes mellitus based on acquired data. The amount of data used is 300 records, where 90% of the data serves as training data and the remaining 10% is test data. The data consists of 6 attributes: age, gender, hypertension, glucose, heart disease, and BMI (Body Mass Index). Based on Gain calculations, the Glucose attribute becomes the root of the decision tree.
