Abstract

Gamma Solusi Karya Nusantara has problems regarding the processing of assets such as the head of the division does not get information about the notification of the procurement of assets from dirtek quickly and accurately, the TURT division as an asset processor has problems in processing starting from ordering to receiving assets and assets based on the economic life of assets, asset depreciation and asset maintenance so that data loss is often caused by human error. One way to easily record assets is by building an asset management information system. Asset Management Information System at PT. Gamma Solusi Karya Nusantara can manage the recording of assets starting from the order to the receipt of assets and assets based on the economic life of assets, depreciation of assets and maintenance of assets, providing information on procurement approval notices from dirtek. The system also generates reports on asset, asset, economic life, asset depreciation and asset maintenance quickly and accurately.
