Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has made many changes to human behavior, including in the selection of payment transaction tools. Non-cash payment systems or electronic money that lack physical contact are experiencing a fairly rapid development. Based on data from Bank Indonesia (BI), electronic money transactions increased by 66,65% until January 2022. On such payment system is the Quick Response [QR] Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). The sample in the study was someone who had made transactions using the QRIS payment system after the COVID-19 pandemic. The variables user are interest, perception of benefits, perception of ease and perception of risk. The results of the questionnaire taken from 90 respondents who had used QRIS, perception of benefits, ease and risk had an influence on the interest and intensity of using QRIS as a means of payment post-pandemic. However, as many as 44,4% of users still have concerns if QRIS doesn’t work properly when making payments.
